  • Developed for Concrete and metal protection.
  • Tough, Durable, chemical resistant, light stable, long pot life.
  • Because of light stable, can be pigmented to customers colour preference
  • Applied either as spray, brush or roller.
  • Matt and gloss finish available.
  • Normal application, 1 liter covers 2 square meters on smooth concrete and metal.

DFS 300P PUR

A  two  component,  solvent  free,  polyurethane  flooring  system  designed  to  produce  a  hardwearing smooth coating. The cured product is able to withstand exposure to various chemicals and mild acids.

DFS 400

A two component, solvent free, polyurethane designed to produce a hard-wearing smooth coating. The cured product is able to withstand exposure to various chemicals and mild acids.

DFS 400 FR

A two component, solvent free, polyurethane designed to produce a hard-wearing smooth fire resistant coating. The cured product is able to withstand exposure to various chemicals and mild acids, is self-extinguising, and has minimal drip when exposed to direct flame. A minimum coating of thickness of 3 mm is recommended for fire resistance properties.

DFS 400 PUR

A two component, solvent free, polyurethane designed to produce a hard-wearing smooth coating. The cured product is able to withstand exposure to various chemicals and mild acids.

Div Aspartic

A single-pack polyaspartic coating based on an aliphatic pre-polymer. Div Aspartic 614 is recommended for applications such as a final top coat on flooring, and glossy coatings in any area that requires a durable coating. The product is characterised by exceptional toughness, chemical resistance to acids and alkali, high transparency and high heat resistance (90 Deg C). It also exhibits high gloss retention during weathering. The rate of cure is influenced by ambient humidity and film thickness as well as temperature. Adhesion to most sound, suitably prepared surfaces is good and inter-coat times should not exceed 12 hours. As the product is based on an aliphatic isocyanate, it will not yellow and weather upon exposure to sunlight.

Div BE60

A versatile single pack bituminous polymer coating for waterproofing applications. Div BE60 can be used as a waterproofing liner, or to reconstitute old and cracked torch-on, in ponds, and on flat roofs. It can also be applied on inverted surfaces such as underpasses and is easily applied to vertical and sloping surfaces.

Div HS-40

A solvent based One Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating using advanced international technology, drying to a rubber like membrane. It does not contain coal tar pitch, is non-toxic and tasteless once it cures.

Div 614 Grey

A single-pack, moisture cured polyurethane coating based on an aromatic pre-polymer. Div 614 Grey is the pigmented version of Div614 and recommended for applications such as flooring, pond coatings and any area that requires a hard wearing coating. The product is characterised by exceptional toughness and good flexibility. The rate of cure is influenced more by ambient humidity and film thickness than temperature. Adhesion to most sound, suitably prepared surfaces is good and inter-coat times should not exceed 12 hours. As the product is based on an aromatic isocyanate, it will yellow and weather upon exposure to sunlight.

Thatch Coating (installation day)

Aliphatic coating.

  • Helps with: waterproofing, maintains natural colour of the thatch for longer. Binds the thatch so birds have a hard time pulling out grass. Protects and beautifies
  • Coating can be made fire retardant on request.

Thatch Coat (2 months after installation)

Aliphatic coating.

  • Helps with: waterproofing, maintains natural colour of the thatch for longer. Binds the thatch so birds have a hard time pulling out grass. Protects and beautifies
  • Coating can be made fire retardant on request.

Thatch Coat (5 months old)

Aliphatic coating.

  • Helps with: waterproofing, maintains natural colour of the thatch for longer. Binds the thatch so birds have a hard time pulling out grass. Protects and beautifies
  • Coating can be made fire retardant on request.

FireCoat

1 part paint-on system for wood, composite and urethane parts to form a protection barrier against fire. Typical application for fencing in game farms where there is a risk of veld fires

FBB1-R Paint

1 part paint-on coating to form a fire barrier. Typical application in the construction industry to paint electrical conduits between sections. Can handle temperatures more than 200 Deg Celsius. Offers Class 1 protection at 3 mm thick

Flexiseal 112

One component polyurea moisture cure coating for concrete and steel in the application of anticorrosion & waterproofing.

FSB3 Sealant

FSB3 Fire Barrier Sealant is a one component, highly qualified, emulsion based sealant for fire retarding constructions. The product will transform into foam above 200 Deg C, is almost odor free and not corrosive towards metals. After application the product forms a tough elastic rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.

Waterproofing Coatings

Bituminous Emulsion coatings

1 part paint-on coating to form a waterproof barrier. Typical application would be to waterproof roofs, ponds, backfill structures, and any surface requiring waterproofing. Product is green, contains no harmful VOC’s and equipment can be cleaned with water for the most part.

3 different products are available:

  1. FlintSeal – medium performance system, typically for concrete guttering and backfill structures
  2. Div BE Sealer – sealer and primer to give initial waterproofing qualities. Absorbs well into the substrate to be waterproofed.
  3. Div BE60 – high quality final top coat for waterproofing applications
